The pretty female assistant is very gentle and explains clearly. The first experience was a little scary, but later the other party allowed me to undergo therapy while watching the show. The whole process was very considerate and made me feel comfortable. After completing the first course of treatment, the doctor repeatedly told me that my situation was very serious. I understood that one treatment would not give permanent results, and I should sign up for a package. I also wanted to continue but I could not afford the package. In the end, the doctor did not offer a hardsale. I don’t have a stinky face either. The friendly smile of the beautiful female assistant and the service of the other male assistant were very good throughout the whole process, making me enjoy a wonderful first experience. The next day, the doctor and the pretty female assistant WhatsApped each other about the situation after the experience. It's true that I don't feel so out of breath when I go up the stairs, which has improved a little bit. Recommended for people who want to protect and improve heart problems:)

Ivy, the Health Consultant briefed me in detail on their Packages...and usage of the EECP machine very clear. She is very well mannered & friendly & warm. Dr Wesley is soft, warm & well spoken. He also gave good explanations on the EECP machine & he was too kind to offer me their perfect lunch....chia seed pudding which I enjoyed very much..cos I was there for more 3 hours & I needed more time. Not forgetting the staff were very polite too.. My 1st time using the EECP machine....I feel as though I am in space cos I was strapped on my ankles , body & arms ..and I do not need to go for my massage for the time being.

When I personally visited ACT Health Clinic Klang to experience cardio exercise training, I couldn't help but be deeply attracted by this unique and energetic experience. The whole body blood circulation training is not only surprising and fresh, but more importantly, it has a very significant positive impact on heart health. During this training process, I felt the uniqueness of cardio exercise. It's not just a workout, it's a total activation of the cardiovascular system. Even people who don't usually exercise can experience the pleasure of powerful heart beating here, as if the whole body is being irrigated by abundant blood. This kind of training brings excellent blood circulation throughout my body, making me feel refreshed after the exercise. Especially for those who sit in offices for a long time and lack exercise, this kind of exercise is particularly valuable. I visited this facility for an EECP trial and had a wonderful experience. Clean, ample parking, accessible via bus (or a short walk) from Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT station or the Telawi area. The consultant (Ivy) was professional and polite. The doctor (Dr Wesley) was kind and generous; he even studied my previous comprehensive health screening results and gave me his professional advice. As I am not a medical professional, I will not comment of the type of treatment they provide. That said, this facility is EXCELLENT.

I visited ACT Clinic for signing up for a free trial for EECP treatment after clicking on their Facebook ad. I was curious to see what EECP is all about and wonder about the benefits of EECP treatment overall. Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr.Wesley were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr.Wesley really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and Dr.Wesley’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Ivy, who was consulting me at that time was also very friendly, professional & knowledgeable as she explained the EECP procedure and what to expect. Not sure if I felt any significant different during my EECP trial as it is recommended to do at least 15-30 sessions for any noticeable results, but my body was a little sore from the treatment overnight indicating that the treatment might had worked. I was able to resume my normal activities and work without any difficulty after that. I am very grateful for a chance to experience EECP therapy and understand that EECP serves as a natural bypass for heart patients. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who suffers from heart disease and wants a safe,effective & non-invasive solution. Thank you for having me ACT Clinic!
